• Faculty be paid every two weeks instead of monthly.

• Faculty receive a $1,000 up-front advance on the first day of class so they do not have to wait a month for their first paycheck.

• The university clearly itemize compensation, including base load reduction fees and course cancellation fees, in online paystubs.
